The Transform Nutrition Research Programme Consortium is funded by UKAid from the Department for International Development (DFID)
DFID’s support for this research is part of its new strategy to scale up the response to undernutrition. “Scaling Up Nutrition: The UK’s position paper on undernutrition” (pdf) sets out how DFID will scale up its nutrition programmes to reach 20 million children under the age of five, through support to nutrition-related programmes over the next four years.
