Based at IFPRI, Catherine Gee is the Project Manager for Transform Nutrition
Catherine has extensive experience in development research administration. After working as a teacher in rural Ghana, she earned an MA in Governance and Development at IDS, where she stayed to join the development office supporting the Institute’s researchers in their applications for grants and contracts. She worked for 13 years with researchers across IDS’ research portfolio to develop new projects, and also provided administrative support to the Institute’s Strategic Management Group and the Director’s projects.
In her capacity as Development Manager for IDS, Catherine supported the team in securing the contract for Transform Nutrition, subsequently moving to IFPRI to coordinate Transform and other nutrition projects. Catherine is responsible for all administrative and financial aspects of Transform Nutrition.
