The participants of the Regional CLTS Sharing and Learning Workshop that took place in Bamako from the 29th November to the 3rd December 2010 produced the Bamako Consensus.

The consensus contains statements and recommendations on a number of issues key to the success and scale up with quality of CLTS. The hope is that this document can be given wide circulation. Its content is based on a wide range of experiences in different countries and relevant to the policies, programmes and projects of Governments, international agencies and NGOs.
