The Centre is governed by the CDI Board which comprises of representatives of the three main partners. The Board is responsible for decision-making, drawing on the advice from the CDI Advisory Committee and informed by the discussions in the CDI Consultative Meetings. The Board provides oversight and accountability to the Institute of Development Studies, Itad and the University of East Anglia. It also performs a supportive function in the delivery of the planned activities.
