Rob Lloyd is an in-house consultant at ITAD. He has an MA (distinction) from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex.

He has expertise in monitoring and evaluation, institutional assessments, capacity development and managing large scale collaborative initiatives. He most recently led the Bond Effectiveness Programme a high profile programme funded by Dfid, Comic Relief that involved working with 150 UK NGOs to develop agreement on common outcomes, indicators and a quality assurance framework.

He previously was Impact and Shared learning Manager at ActionAid where he led the development of their M&E systems and was Projects Director at the One World Trust where he led the development and production of the Global Accountability Report an index that compared 90 organisations from the public, private and NGO sectors in the areas of evaluation, transparency and participation. He has worked with a wide range of organisation in improving performance management, evaluation, learning and accountability including: Oxfam GB, EC, DFID, NICE International, Transparency International, CARE International, World Vision International, British Red Cross and Cordaid.
