Emmeline Henderson joined Itad in 2013. She previously worked for a London-based charity in their Learning and Development team, as well as other charities and in the financial services industry.

Emmeline is responsible for designing and delivering Itad’s communication strategy. She manages Itad’s website; working with internal and external colleagues on producing content, editing copy, ensuring that all content is optimised for search engines and providing analytics. Emmeline also manages Itad’s social media platforms; procuring and editing content, sourcing images and ensuring updates target appropriate audiences and reporting on effectiveness.

Emmeline also leads on Itad’s branding, ensuring that branding is consistent across all Itad communications, including newsletters, reports and presentations. She also works across Itad’s themes and projects, providing communications support around products, forums, webinars, workshops, and reporting. She also provides training to colleagues on communication techniques and products. Since August 2014, Emmeline has also provided communications support to the Centre for Development Impact.
