The UK's Department for International Development (DFID), Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), UK Research Innovation (UKRI), UK Collaborative on Development Research (UKCDR) and the Impact Initiative are jointly convening a one-day knowledge exchange event.

In order to get the best possible return from the UK's aid investment in interdisciplinary research, increasing attention is being given to how to develop cutting edge research in close collaboration with those most likely to use or benefit from it.

This event will bring together leading examples of research policy partnerships and programme-level research impact coordination and will launch the forthcoming IDS Bulletin on 'Exploring Research-Policy Partnerships in International Development' which grew out of the Impact Initiative for International Development Research.

This is event is by invitation only.
