David Kahane is Associate Professor and Vargo Distinguished Teaching Chair in the Department of Political Science at the University of Alberta. He is the Project Director for Alberta Climate Dialogue, a community-university research partnership convening citizens across Alberta, Canada to shape climate change policy and community action. His research deals with theories and practices of democratic dialogue and deliberation.
